BFSI
In collaboration with WAFT Education Social Trust, Maheshwari Welfare Trust successfully provided BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) training to 60 students. The program focused on enhancing industry-relevant skills, employability, and career readiness. Upon successful completion of the training, students were facilitated with placement opportunities in various reputed companies, enabling them to secure meaningful employment and build sustainable careers.
Spoken English
Maheshwari Welfare Trust successfully implemented the ENY Spoken English Project in partnership with Anudip Foundation. The initiative was designed to enhance English communication skills, confidence, and workplace readiness among youth from underserved communities.Through this program, more than 200 students received comprehensive spoken English training, helping them develop essential communication and professional skills required in today’s competitive job market. Upon successful completion of the training, participants were awarded certificates and supported with placement opportunities in various companies, enabling them to secure employment and advance their career prospects.This initiative reflects Maheshwari Welfare Trust’s commitment to empowering youth through skill development, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
P2E (Passport to Earn)
Unicef Maheshwari Welfare Trust, in collaboration with WAFT Education Social Trust, successfully implemented the School-to-School Digital Literacy Initiative. Through this project, students were introduced to basic computer skills and digital literacy concepts, helping them understand the importance of technology in education and everyday life.The program aimed to enhance digital awareness among school children and encourage them to pursue structured computer and digital learning courses for their future growth and development.This initiative reflects the Trust’s commitment to promoting digital inclusion, educational advancement, and skill development among young learners.
GDA (GENERAL DUTY ASSISTANT)
Maheshwari Welfare Trust, in collaboration with Lok Bharti, successfully implemented the Unnati Project, under which 200+ youth received General Duty Assistant (GDA) training. After successful completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates and provided placement opportunities in various hospitals, helping them build careers in the healthcare sector.
